Road maintenance on flexible pavement can be done by overlaying. Overlay
resulted in flexible pavements in several layers of paving material. To overlay a
layer of tack coat between the old layer and the new layer. The function of the tack
coat is as an adhesive between layers, in addition to holding the sheer force that
occurs between the pavement layers due to the load of the vehicle. This study aims
to determine the behavior of tack coat attachment with variations in the
