Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya Dengan Multi Media Untuk Meningkatkan Minat, Partisipasi Dan Efektifitas Belajar Akuntansi Di Kelas Ii Akuntansi Pada SMK Negeri 2 Balikpapan

It cannot be denied that in general, the main problem of students in learning accountancy are not only lack of
enthusiastic, participation, cooperation between them to solve their duty but also the teachers material still monotonously, uninteresting, and lack of variety. Therefore, learning process is not effective and optimal. Besides that, based on the review of related literature through printed book, articles in internet, next, the writer found and believe that peer teaching learning strategy with multimedia as one of the problem solving alternatives. In addition, sources of the data in this research were 1) students, 2) peer teaching, and 3) teaching learning process. Type the data was taken by: 1) planning of learning, 2) journal, 3) observation result, 4) interviewing result, 5) students evaluation result. The way of having the data: 1) observation, 2) interview, 3) documentation study, 4) and the achievement of evaluation tes. There were three cycles in research procedure. Every cycle was applied class action procedure of the research
namely: 1) planning, 2) action performance, 3) observation, 4)
and data analysis and reflection. Based on the result of
beginning to the end of the third cycle was carried out the
conclusion of the resource result as follows: 1. Peer teaching learning strategy with multimedia can improve the activity and the result of students learning. From 36 students, 55,56% got score was even greater or even with 90 (A), 19,44% got score was even greater or even with 80 (B) and 25% got score was even greater or even with 70. in comparison with the first result was found the increasing which significant. And also, the students of learning completeness increase until 10,77% all together. 2. Teaching learning process went on effective, the students activities in the class were good with interesting as well as teaching learning participation was high. 3. There was the increasing score which higher than base score
before applying this method. 4. Disadvantage in realization peer teaching strategy with multimedia are needed: 1) a high cost to supplying multimedia, 2) external factor as electricity, 3) probably, a half of students have recourse to peer teaching completely.
